To find out

El verbo to find out significa "enterarse de algo". Pero mucho cuidado con la siguiente pregunta cuyo significado es "¿te has enterado?": Have you heard?

When did you find out the truth?
Who did you find out from? I found out from Susan.
He only found out las week!
They found out about the result by listening to the radio.

También significa "averiguar" (no en el sentido de calcular o razonar).

What have you been able to find out?
Go and see if you can find out what all that noise is about.
I need to find out what's causing the leak.
Find out if your child is highly gifted.

El pasado simple y el participio perfecto de este verbo es found out.
