look like + noun
look like + adjective + noun
En ambos casos el verbo look like significa "parecerse a algo o a alguien". La pregunta "¿A quién se parece él?" quedaría de la siguiente forma: Who does he look like?
She looks like her mother.
There's a new skyscraper in London that looks like a giant gherkin.
Who does your daughter look like?
Does your brother look like you?
Cuando una persona tiene la misma voz (o habla de la misma forma) que otra el verbo a utilizar es sound like.
I sound just like my brother on the phone.
You sound like your mother.
Jessica's voice sounds like a duck.
That sounds like a difficult task. (en este caso significaría "tener pinta de")
