To want

want + (pronombre objeto/complemento) + to + verb

     I want him to give me a hand.

     She wants me to pay more attention.

     They don't want us to spoil the surprise.

Ahora vamos a ver algunos ejemplos con el interrogativo.

     Do you want me to make duplicate copies?

     Do they want us to fold up the garden chairs?

     Does he want them to double last month's sales?

También usamos la misma estructura con nombres propios y sustantivos.

     My boss want the company to grow.

     They want David to be part of the team.

Esta estructura no varía con otros tiempos verbales.

     The general wanted the enemy to fall into his trap.

     My neighbour didn't want his wife to find out.

     She won't want her ex-husband to come!
