Explicar en inglés

Cuando quieres que te expliquen algo (o que se lo expliquen a alguien) tienes que decir explain something to somebody. Es un caso parecido al del verbo describe.

     Explain me this. ----------------- Explain this to me.

     I asked him to explain me it. --- I asked him to explain it to me.

     I can't explain you it. ----------- I can't explain it to you.

     Explain me the rules again. ---- Explain the rules to me again.
